Surrey Primary Care Trust, known as NHS Surrey helps you and your family stay healthy and makes sure you can get the healthcare you need, when you need it.
We are commissioners this means we plan, buy and monitor health services from hospital, community and mental health providers, ambulance services and your general practice, dental, pharmacy and optometry services.
We work closely with clinicians, patients and the public to make sure we buy the best for Surrey people. This means best quality – treating patients at the right time, in the right place, first time, and ensuring best value for money.
Surrey Community Health is our provider arm, effectively a separate business to the commissioning organisation but still a part of NHS Surrey at the moment.
We also work in partnership with our colleagues in social care, the voluntary sector, local authorities and other partners to improve the health and well being of Surrey people.
