Supportivity (formerly known as 121 Care) is a fully accredited Sunshine Coast-based organisation providing support for people with a disability for almost 30 years.
Our clients are able to choose their carers, the roster hours and the jobs done by carers. Clients are in control of their care at Supportivity.
As a non-profit organisation, our aim is to provide the best possible lifestyle for clients to enable them to be as independent as possible. We pride ourselves on the service we provide, which supports client choice and self-management.
Our services include: personal care, sleepovers, housekeeping, meal preparation, community access, accessible transport, social support, holiday companion, family respite and other services as required.
Our scope of support to clients: recent or long-term injuries, acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, paraplegia or quadriplegia, intellectual disabilities, Syringomyelia and Rett syndromes, other conditions upon assessment.
