Sugar Maple Inn was once a dream now turned into reality for co-founders and married couple, Natalie and Julian Dion. Founded in 2022, the Dions, stumbled upon an old, vacant Inn that would eventually become their first hospitality project. As small business owners, having the freedom and opportunity to make their dream project a reality- a place where families could gather, support local businesses, and become an integral part of the local community—felt as though the stars had aligned for this young family. They recalled their days as former homeowners in the green mountain state, where they hosted weekend family gatherings, enjoying the great outdoors, and skiing down Mount Snow with their two young daughters. Vermont was a place they held near and dear to their hearts, and they wanted to share this warmth with other families—to give back to a place that had given them so much. Armed with a clear mission and a determined heart, the Dions took on the arduous task of personally remodeling the old Inn over the course of several grueling months. They wanted to breathe new life into the space while maintaining the integrity of the natural setting. Pulling from their design and woodworking expertise, the Dions created a space where cool modern design meets the warmth of heartfelt gatherings. Today, Sugar Maple Inn is a place that encourages connection with loved ones and the beauty and wonder that surrounds us. With an undying devotion to building community and a deep respect for serving others, Sugar Maple Inn will serve as a place for cherished memory-making for years to come. Located in picturesque West Dover, Vermont, and set upon four lush acres of Northeastern countryside, Sugar Maple Inn boasts 18 beautifully designed suites, an eatery that's open to the public and offers a locally-sourced menu, an in-ground pool, and a gut-renovated XYZ-foot barn that's the perfect backdrop for life's most meaningful moments.
