How do you fuel an organisation?
The best way to impact organisation energy is through its leadership. By energising leaders and ensuring they are able to energise others, we can create an injection of energy that will lead to greater results across the organisation. Data shows* that the ability to inspire, motivate and energise others is rated as the most important skill for a leader to have, in order to impact the organisation. However, these skills are most often ranked lowest, with leadership instead focusing on driving for results and technical and professional expertise.
We are able to impact organisational energy at three levels:
Personal - By understanding and unleashing the strengths of individuals, especially leaders, we can energise mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally, increasing capability and suitability.
Interpersonal - By enabling leadership to utilise their personal energy through ongoing support, or by facilitating team events, we are able to unlock energy throughout a team.
Systemic - Organisational energy is a culmination of the previous levels. Through large scale intervention we are able to measure energy levels and facilitate events to cause systemic shifts in energy.
