business sales clearinghouses. Simply stated, the larger the pool of prospective buyers, the larger
the ultimate sale price.
3. Once the ideal buyer or buyers are identified, SMAA then negotiates not only the best price, but also
the deal structure that will maximize after tax dollars and minimize risk for our client.
