INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN for Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Education projects • Highway Design and Section 278 Design • Estate Road design, for private roads or Section 38 adoption, • Drainage Design for private or Section 104 adoption. • Design of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) • External Works Design, including Finished Floor Levels for buildings, paths, driveways, car parks etc. FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENTS • In accordance with National Planning Policy guidelines. • Including preparation of drainage strategies in accordance with local authority or water authority requirements, following Environment Agency and Ciria guidance for Sustainable Drainage TRANSPORT ASSESSMENTS Including: • Sustainable transport appraisals, • Means of access appraisals, • Junction modelling using ARCADY and PICADY, • Swept path analysis, and other transport, parking and access related services Specialised in transport assessments for SCHOOL EXPANSIONS, RELOCATIONS or NEW SCHOOL PROJECTS.
