Stiernholm Consulting is owned and run by the struktör David Stiernholm. A struktör (rhymes with "entrepreneur") is a consultant who creates good structure and efficient work procedures for organizations and their people. It is all about setting a clear direction and finding ways to make it as easy as possible for you, our customer, to reach your goal. The struktör provides a collection of efficient tools and methods for your support. David Stiernholm offers courses, workshops, speeches and individual sessions. Our customers are drawn from a wide spectrum – from entrepreneurial projects in early stages to well established large corporations. Some operate in the service sector and some in manufacturing.
