Steps & Holes Theatre

Steps and Holes is a multi-disciplinary theatre company specialising in visual and physical story-telling. Based on the European traditions of clown and the poetry of movement, our work is generated through improvisation and collaboration with artists from a range of disciplines. The ethos of the clown is particularly at the heart of what we do; a form that transcends demographics by focusing on the magic of pure play and which reveals our shared humanity. Steps and Holes creates professional theatre and offers educational workshops for secondary and tertiary students, including Approaches to Devising, Movement and Physical Theatre, Revealing the Clown.
