Step Pest Control

Started in 1994 by biologist, Keith Harker, Step Pest Control has always focused on premium, personal service. We know that every pest problem is different, and so we are able to carry out a great range of pest control techniques to suit every situation. From the ultra-modern methods such as modified atmospheres and remote pest control to the most traditional, like falconry and trapping, we have diligently accumulated specialist skills throughout our workforce. At seven technicians, we have a big enough team to be responsive but aren't so big that we lose touch with our customers. We have one of the lowest employee turnover rates in the industry currently tracking at 0% since 2005, proving that Step is a great place to work and our team is switched on and pleased to be at work every day. We love pest control. It is in our blood. We hope to make a difference in the lives of our customers by keeping them safe and providing knowledge to ensure their premises are pest free in a way that doesn't adversely affect the local environment. We are committed to constant and never ending improvement and we practice every day to keep our skills at their peak.
