Stellars LLC (the wholly owned subsidiary of Elk Partners LLC) is the Founding Managing Member of Backbone Funder. Stellars LLC is the IP Originator of the Backbone Funder InvesTech ecosystem and Stellars LLC’s principal of which is Christianne Carin who is the ecosystem and the Technologies inventor and designer. Stellars LLC owns the associated Intellectual Property (“IP”) and is the operator of the Backbone Funder’s Portfolio Accounts, including the critical Services innovations, design, build and the holistic integration of precision systems. Stellars LLC’s IP reduces Backbone Funder’s investment and operational risks through critical data inputs and key value chain operations. The comprehensive proprietary IP includes precision systems and applied cognitive technologies providing a technological advantage to Backbone Funder and its Clients. Stellars LLC’s Overarching IP Services and Royalties and License Agreements will be with both Backbone Funder, their affiliates and Clients. We are establishing the Stellars Creative Channel to showcase and promote premier innovators online and will provide portfolio services to Backbone Funder's Funds.
