State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka, was established in 1962 and has been consistantly ranked as one of the top Engineering and Construction Organizations in Sri Lanka. Over the years we, State Engineering Corporation (SEC) have developed many innovative construction techniques that became industry standards. The State Engineering Corporation today is the only local engineering organization in Sri Lanka, which offers the widest variety of architectural and engineering services under one roof with unmatched experience and capability.
