Starpay is a leading financial technology company licensed by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) as an e-money issuer and an operator of payment systems. We offer digital payment solutions and money movement capabilities with e-wallets, disbursements, and collections services. We want to enable the unbanked and underbanked–marginalized Filipinos–to participate in the financial ecosystem, and to benefit from the digital economy through inclusive innovation.
