Starks Fitness was founded by James Stark in 2015. After being in the industry for a number of years, he identified a gap for a premium fitness facility in the South West that focused on personalised training and nutrition, tailored very specifically to ensure individuals achieve their goals. Starks Fitness Harbourside opened its doors in November 2015, offering personal training from some of the best in the industry. After gaining years of experience, Starks Fitness Temple Quay opened offering small group training and class memberships. Starks Fitness now consists of multiple brands including SF Nutrition, SF Retreat and most recently SF Online.
