SP invests its funds in real assets across the capital stack, with its Partners’ collective assets globally exceeding $2.5bn. We work with sponsors and developers to acquire property in all residential asset classes, alongside operative assets in build-to-rent, student housing, senior living, self-storage, and education. Our team leverages decades of collective experience and relationships in real estate to identify opportunities in overlooked areas of the market.
