Welcome to Stamford Stone. Co at Home (formerly Lincolnshire Limestone Flooring). Stone has long been the material of choice for building & more elegant stones such as the Lincolnshire limestone have featured on some of the most recognisable architectural wonders in the UK including Windsor Castle, the Palaces of Westminster and Oxford colleges. When we first started out this beautiful stone hadn’t yet found its feet (pardon the pun) in the domestic market and so began our mission to show consumers what a beautifully versatile material limestone could be in their homes. Stamford Stone Co. at Home now exports throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. We have grown in name and reputation, recognised for the sheer quality and consistency of our stone, our commitment to complete customer satisfaction and our commitment to sustainability. We’re passionate about what we do and our creativity knows no bounds. You’ll often hear us tell our customers “If you can draw it, we can make it” – this is how we keep designers, architects and developers happy. They know we can turn a raw block of stone into something very special. We love where we live too. Our local limestone has established itself as a competitor to prestigious counterparts such as Portland and Bath limestone. Looking ahead, we’re confident of the continuing success and popularity of natural stone as a sustainable material for homes, offices, hotels, restaurants, even shopping centres like Europe’s biggest and most iconic Bluewater (which chose limestone to depict the flow of the river in Thames Walk.)
