St Peters Quarter BID - To establish the area as a destination by providing an alternative and complementary shopping, leisure and commercial area to Intu and the Cathedral Quarter.
St Peters Quarter is a busy and diverse area of Derby city centre, home to the city’s bus station and a large range of national and independent shops, eateries and leisure venues. It boasts the busiest streets in Derby, with the main shopping areas located on St Peters Street, East Street, Albion Street, Exchange Street, The Lanes and The Spot. These areas are largely pedestrianised and hide something for everyone, from book shops and dessert parlours to escape rooms and indoor golf!
St Peters Quarter is a Business Improvement District operated by St Peters Quarter Ltd and project managed by Pfbb UK LLP.
Our objectives are:
1. To provide a safe and inviting environment for visitors, workers and residents to enjoy.
2. To make the area smart and attractive and encourage a sense of pride in St Peters Quarter.
3. To create an enjoyable and easily accessible place to explore for visitors, workers and residents.
We encourage all businesses to take an active interest in defining the priorities and projects to meet the aims of the BID plan. If you would like to speak to your BID Manager or have suggestions for future BID projects then please get in touch by emailing enquiries@stpetersquarter.co.uk .
