Sprout Digital grew from the foundation of The Columbian Publishing Company. The Columbian is a multi-platform publishing company with more than a century of serving Clark County, Washington. Not only do we serve the community by providing local news and information, we also help local businesses succeed through advertising. For about 100 years, we did this through newspaper advertising, until we launched our website (www.columbian.com) in 1994. Since then, we have grown our website to over 600,000 unique visitors and over 4 million page-views every month. Because of our past experience and on-going enhancements, we saw an opportunity to serve the community in a new way: offering website design and other digital services to local businesses. All website design and search engine optimization (SEO) services are done in our building, located in Downtown Vancouver. We build all websites with WordPress and give 100% control to the client once it is approved (we do not own any rights to your website - and that’s the way it should be). Sprout Digital provides on-going support (if-needed) and monthly SEO reporting for all our clients in order to track progress.
