The company was established in 1997 and the marketplace Spotlight Stock Market today has over 170 listed companies with hundreds of thousands of active investors. Sedermera Fondkommission and MCL, with expertise in raising capital for growth companies and in stock exchange and stock market law respectively, have also been two crucial operations in the Group’s development. Since the Group’s inception, a number of other innovative initiatives have also been taken, creating an ecosystem of stock market-related services tailored to growth companies’ needs in a listed environment.
