Established in 2021 Spirited Projects provide specialist expertise in the development and re-purposing of lifestyle and unique hotels, and hospitality businesses from acquisition and conception of a project, through to the realisation of the operation. We particularly love old buildings and their creative adaption, but we are equally comfortable re-working existing hotels and repositioning them. We are also fascinated by hotel lead mixed used schemes that combine retail, serviced offices / apartments and commercial spaces as these schemes emerge to suit 21st Century living. Our enthusiastic, determined, and collaborative approach to our projects, as well as a deep-seated understanding of how hotels are run and the functionality that is important to a successful and efficient operation add value and expertise to developers, landlords and owners as they strive for successful conclusions to their projects. With roots in lifestyle hotel developments within buildings of heritage, we create an environment that appeals to not only transient guests in the neighbourhood for tourism, leisure or business but spaces that attract attention by providing a focal hub for the local community.
