We are building a group of science-focused technical professional service firms focused on solving client and stakeholder challenges in environmental services. Environmental services are highly fragmented, with many niche providers focusing on only one region or service offering. Spheros will serve as a unified platform to support public and private sector clients across the life cycle of their needs, including regulatory consulting, advisory, response, measurement, and analysis. The environmental services industry is driven by many long-term secular drivers including increased environmental awareness, enhanced regulations, and greater consumer demand. As increased consumer demand fuels more industrial activity, the resulting environmental challenges continue to grow in number, scope, and complexity. Further, damage and disruptions caused by climate change and other disasters to vulnerable infrastructure create a greater need for expert services and industrial operations often require continuous monitoring and testing to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
