Spectrum Research, Evaluation & Development, LLC (SpectrumRED) provides grant writing and evaluation services to clients in education, state and local government, public health, and non-profit service.

SpectrumRED's clients across the United States and Virgin Islands include colleges and universities, public school districts, local and state government institutions, public health entities, and community-based non profit organizations.
SpectrumRED's professional staff consists of evaluators, technical writers, and support staff. Evaluators hold doctorate-level degrees in Psychology (Research and Evaluation Methodology emphasis), Curriculum and Instruction, and Educational Leadership. Administrative staff members hold degrees in English (Professional & Technical Communication emphasis), Information Systems, Instructional Technology, Interpersonal Communication, Business Administrative Support, and Economics (Business Administration emphasis).
