The Specialty Food Association (SFA) is a not-for-profit, membership-based trade association founded in 1952 and currently representing 3,600+ businesses including specialty food manufacturers, buyers, distributors, and others working in the industry.
SFA develops and produces events, professional resources, and educational programs that support its membership and the specialty food industry as a whole. These include the Winter and Summer Fancy Food Shows, the annual State of the Specialty Food Industry and State of the Specialty Food Consumer Reports, the annual sofi™ Awards honoring excellence in specialty food, and more.
