The Spay-Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) organization with veterinary clinics in Houston, Pasadena, and San Antonio. SNAP's mission is to prevent the suffering and death of companion animals and to enrich the human-animal bond by providing excellent, accessible and affordable spay/neuter and veterinary care. We accomplish this mission by maintaining a positive team culture—encouraging and equipping the team to be competent, compassionate, and cooperative. Through proactive client engagement and affordable spay/neuter and veterinary care, we promote enrichment of the human-animal bond, which—in turn—creates stronger, more compassionate communities and moves us closer to our vision of a world with no homeless pets. We are proud to have served our Texas clients and their animal companions for over twenty-five years and to have performed over 650,000 spay/neuter surgeries since we began operating in 1994.
