Our strategy is "we simply exist to exceed our guest expectations" and our tactic is "by paying attention to every detail in all we do and to all we serve." Strengthening stewardship by nurturing the university’s financial assets, campus environment, infrastructure, and people. Through our 20 on-campus stores, we specialize in on-the-go food and convenience items as well as specialized coffee and tea beverages.
