Spandrel Interactive Inc. is a digital media contracting company led by a game designer and game studies academic with over twenty years of experience in larger budget productions for major studios, mobile indie games, and gamification projects. Spandrel Interactive focuses on VR/MR/AR design and production and game design and development. We support other companies and non-profit organizations to innovate and grow in these areas. What is a spandrel? Spandrels are structural supports, gap-crossers, creative spaces, and a key element in supporting larger architectural works. Spandrel Interactive is much the same, acting as a supporting piece and a concentrated creative force for building up elaborate design projects. Our work fills development niches for clients working in areas like VR and game production, first-time user experience, conversion, retention, and engagement through user experience.
