Below are some facts about our service: We serve Athens, Jackson and Lawrence Counties in Ohio We also serve two townships in Hocking County and one township in Morgan County Ohio. SEOEMS started as a federal demonstration project in 1973. SEOEMS became a political subdivision in 1996; The first of its kind in Ohio. We only respond to 9-1-1 calls - letting us be there when needed! SEOEMS staffs all its ambulances with at least 1 paramedic - making our service Advanced Life Support at all times. Ambulances are fully stocked with the best equipment.
