SCC-Milford, long known as Nebraska's technical college of choice, serves around 750 students on a state-of-the-art campus. Programs include a nationally-recognized transportation training division for Ford (ASSET program), General Motors (ASEP program), MOPAR-Chrysler/Dodge/RAM/Jeep College Automotive Program, and John Deere, along with programs in Auto Collision Repair, Automotive Technology and Diesel Technology (both farm and truck). Electronic/Computer programs offer advanced training in equipment and computer programming, as well as exposure to the latest innovations in the industry. Construction programs include designing, surveying, electrical, temperature control systems and building. The latest addition is new and remodeled space for SCC’s Precision Machining and Automation Technology program. New equipment includes an Okuma Genos Series Lathe, Haas Vertical Milling Machine, CNC Lathe and CNC Tool Room Lathe, and a Fanuc Robot.
