South Point

Established in 2003 to meet the growing need for student housing, South Point has grown into South Africa's largest provider of student accommodation. It is now home to more than 11,000 undergrad and graduate students who live in more than 40 buildings across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and Port Elizabeth. Its scale, footprint and brand-image firmly positions South Point as SA's market leader.
