Established in 2019, as confirmed by the Supreme People's Court and the Department of Justice of Hong Kong SAR Government, SCIAHK was included in the list of qualified arbitral institutions under the Arrangement Concerning Mutual Assistance in Court-ordered Interim Measures in Aid of Arbitral Proceedings (the “Interim Measures Arrangement”) and operates as a Hong Kong arbitral institution. SCIAHK is service-oriented and provides impartial, efficient and flexible arbitration, mediation and other diversified dispute resolution solutions for parties from different jurisdictions. It aims to offer the world-class hearing facilities and practice facilitation to parties from the world.
