The South Bay Entrepreneurial Center (SBEC) is a non-profit business incubator and educational center started in 2011 by a group of civic and business leaders in Torrance and the South Bay of Los Angeles. They recognized that the majority of new jobs are created by star-ups and emerging growth companies. The success and sustainability of these companies are critical to the South Bay community.
