At Solve Business Consulting, we are specialist consultants within the financial services industry. Our market differentiator is that we are a Level 2 B-BBEE, 51% black-owned boutique management consulting firm, designing and implementing solutions that generate substantial benefits for our clients. We have cultivated a reputation as thought leaders, through our extensive exposure to industry best practices. Solve provides two types of services: advisory services, and execution services - in which we perform multiple roles including project management; project advisory; subject matter expertise, and business analysis. As our sole focus is on financial services, we have worked with almost all of the large- and medium-sized South African companies in this sector since inception in 1997. Our client base comprises Investment Managers; Life Companies; Investment Platform; Investment Administrators; Wealth Managers; Retirement Fund Administrators, and Treasury. We have delivered around 440 000 man-hours of project work since inception, across 240 projects for 72 clients. While we are based in South Africa, we have conducted projects for clients both locally and internationally.
