Solterra Development, Inc. is owned by Nate Otto and Mike Flannery. Nate is an industry veteran, who has held a General Contracting license since 1992, and has built commercial and residential structures, throughout Southern California for the past 15 years. Mike Flannery has been in the building industry for 6 years, as a Licensed General Contractor since 2003, with a previous career in the Tech Industry in the Silicon Valley.
