The company began operations in November 2011.
The basis of the team consists of graduates, graduate students and researchers of the group dealing with topical issues of practical safety at the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics of the Moscow State University. Since 2009, the team has been actively participating in CTF competitions under the name “Bushwhackers”. At the end of each competition, Bushwhackers consistently ranks among the top 15 teams in the world.
Experts from our team made presentations at leading practical safety conferences: Hack-in-the-Box Amsterdam, BlackHat EU, DefCon (USA), Confidence (Poland), OWASP AppSec EU, ZeroNights (Russia), Positive Hack Days (Russia).
Team members have repeatedly become winners in specialized hacker contests, among which the most significant are (below are only the events of the last three years):
- 1st place in the UCSB iCTF 2019 competition.
- 1st place in the CTFZONE 2018 Finals.
- 1st place in the Nuit du Hack CTF Finals 2018 and 2017.
- 1st place in the competition FAUST CTF 2018 and 2017.
- 1st place in the competition RuCTF Finals 2018 and 2017.
- 1st place in the competition RuCTFE 2017.
- 1st place in the Positive Hack Days VII CTF 2017 competition.
- 1st place in the competition UCSB iCTF 2017 and 2016.
Our experts are included in the halls of fame on the basis of participation in programs for finding vulnerabilities on the websites of IT companies such as Yandex, Badoo, Mail.ru, Qiwi, AoL have received thanks from the developers of well-known platforms and products - Jenkins, FireBird SQL, ForgeRock OpenAM, Wordpress CMS, Naumen HelpDesk, 1C Bitrix, Opera browser.
