Sojourns Community Health Clinic

Sojourns is a 20+ year old integrative healthcare clinic situated in the rolling hills of southern Vermont. Our staff includes 30 professionals who ensure that patients feel heard, seen and cared for in whatever stage of wellness they may be. On any given day, most of our paid team tends to clients walking through our doors, so we depend on the dedication of faithful volunteers to help us carry our message into the world and plan events to garner the support of donors and community partners.
