Social Care Solutions provides high quality supported living schemes, outreach services and a wide range of day care services for adults with learning difficulties, complex needs and autistic spectrum conditions in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Peterborough, Northamptonshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. Our care specialists fully embrace the Department of Health's Valuing People Now strategy, by upholding our Service Users' right to each be treated as an individual and we respect their individual rights to privacy, self-determination, dignity and to a safe and secure living environment. We aim to ensure our Service Users can pursue all legitimate lifestyle choices by ensuring each individual's Person-Centred Care Plan fully reflects their own personal wishes, needs and beliefs.
