As an independent research institute, the Social CRM Research Center e.V. (SCRC) focuses on the central subject areas of relationship management - from CRM to integrated Social CRM to the xRM approach. In addition to expanding interdisciplinary knowledge in national and international research projects, we also transfer this knowledge into practice. The practice transfer takes place, among other things, through various event formats or through our InnoLab. There we model, visualize and test business processes with the latest technologies. We also support companies in professionalizing their CRM activities and advise in the early phases of innovative projects. With the SCRC, we are creating a cooperation and transfer platform for researchers, companies, system providers and students. Be part of it!
Since our foundation, we have maintained an intensive partnership with universities in Europe and overseas. Our project in Brazil, for example, seeks to unite the knowledge about CRM generated in universities and companies and to train students and professionals according to market demands.
