Soapworks is one of the North West’s most iconic commercial regeneration projects.
Originally home to Colgate-Palmolive in the 1800s, this landmark development transformed the former factory into a modern office space that spans a massive 400,000 sq ft.
The development has been divided into three phases due to its vast scale. The space throughout the completed Phase One and Phase Two of the development now totals around 230,000 sq ft., while Phase Three will accommodate up to 160,000 sq ft., once developed.
Soapworks has already secured a number of iconic lettings, with communications giant TalkTalk, MWH Global and The Home Office all confirmed as occupiers for the building.
The development has been recognised at a number of key awards, including winning Regional Deal of the Year at MIPIM UK 2015 and Recycled/Refurbished Workplace at the BCO Awards 2016. Soapworks was also shortlisted for Building of the Year Award at the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce 2015.
