SoWa Health + Wellness is a newly renovated facility boasting almost 30,000 square feet of fitness and recovery space offering Technogym aerobic and strength training equipment, five group fitness studios, Trackman golf simulators, infrared sauna, cold plunge, and a Hyperice recovery room. Our vision is to give our members and the community the courage and confidence to live more fulfilling lives. We aim to be an essential element in the daily pursuit of health and wellness for individuals and communities by providing results-driven fitness experiences and meaningful social connections in an encouraging and inclusive environment.
