Leasing We execute an extensive marketing and advertising campaign, receive calls from potential tenants, show the property, run background checks, and process lease applications and agreements. Maintenance - We manage all reoccurring and non-reoccurring maintenance and repairs, including issues that arise during the middle of the night, weekends, and holidays. Billing We receive and pay all invoices and bills from gardeners, cleaners, HOA’s, painters, plumbers, carpenters, and/ or any other vender as required. Rents - We Collect rents, process late payments (if necessary), and issue monthly statements and disbursements to the landlord. Monthly Disbursements We deposit all funds directly into your special account.
