Slope Stability SW are able to look at your home or property and assess the risk of landslides and landslips, rockfall or ground movement associated with slope instability. We are a small local consultancy, based on the north coast of Cornwall, and we pride ourselves on providing a fast and cost-effective service to keep that property sale on track. Tim is a highly experienced and qualified Chartered Engineering Geologist, he can assess ground conditions and the geotechnical stability of a site. We provide a risk assessment of a property or a development that is designed to provide the assurances required for property sales and conveyance, morgagability, home insurance or simply to provide peace of mind to homeowners. We will provide a detailed and comprehensive report which will provide an assessment of risk as well as whatever assurances are appropriate, we will also provide advice and recommendations for cost-effective remediation works (if required).
