Our goal is to dramatically transform the workforce of the future. We want to become the premier institution for training effective sales and customer success personnel, and we also want to seed the technology space with talented Fellows from underrepresented communities.
Our first program is “Selling Smart: Modern Strategies for Technology Sales,” an eight-week immersive training program that teaches job skills, soft-skills and the cultural competencies necessary to launch and sustain a successful career in software sales with ongoing support from Skillz Academy.
This curriculum draws on noted scholar Charles Warner’s acclaimed sales framework and strategies to ensure that our Fellows have the knowledge they need to be successful in technology sales. Following the completion of the program, each of our graduates will be certified and fully-prepared to assume entry-level sales roles in companies that sell software and/or software-enabled products or services.
