Skylark Cables & Cords Private Limited We are a small scale company, professionally managed, having its manufacturing facilities at Narela Industrial Complex, Delhi with an approximate annual turnover of Rs. 14.50 croresWe are engaged in manufacturing of PVC Wires, Cables & Moulded Power Cords. The plant is fully equipped with modern production facilities to produce PVC Wires, Cables & Moulded Power Cords having a covered area of more than 14000 sq feet. We have some of the best Cable Extrusion plants which are fully automatic - PLC controlled with touch screen panels. The Cable Extruders are fitted with Hopper Drier and Loader, Master Batch Dozer (for precise Qty. of Master Batch to match the colour shade) Pre Heater (for conductor heating) Dual Axis Diameter Controller and Online Spark Testers. The Coiling is done on automatic coiling machines fitted with Spark Tester (with shut off ? facility in case of insulation rupture/failure) and Digital Display Length Counter Meters for exact Qty. of wire in coils / rolls. The copper Bunching Machines have shut off facility to maintain correct number of strands in the bunched / twisted copper conductors.
