SICOP is a company that focuses its activity in the area of research and development of plant protection products, included synthetic chemicals, plant extracts, vegetal oils, elicitors, plant strengtheners, semiochemicals, fertilizers, nutritional products, auxiliary fauna… all areas where we are highly specialized. Our head office is located in Salobreña (Granada), a strategic enclave of vegetables production in intensive-farming in the Mediterranean coast. We operate in the main agricultural areas all over the Spanish geography as well as in other countries. To SICOP, the highest priority is to provide its customers with the maximum involvement of all of us in the company, with rigor and quality assurance in all services we offer. Our work is recognized by major national and international companies of crop protection, seeds and fertilizers, placing it as one of the most consolidate companies in the sector. SICOP is officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture to be competent in carrying out Officially Recognized Trials with plant protection products since 2003. In these years, we have had the opportunity to achieve a broad experience in studies with inductors of plant defenses, products that currently are a topical by the impending regulation regarding their putting on the market, according to which, responsible companies will must submit new studies to the Official Institutions. In 2012, the certification for carrying out studies under Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) was added to our services offered. SICOP is authorized by ENAC to carry out residue studies with plant protection products. Our complete quality assurance program in both systems provides a higher degree of reliability to our customers.
