Sinolight Chemicals Co., Ltd. (SLCC), originally known as Zhejiang Cleaned Chemicals Co., Ltd. (ZCC), was founded in 1995. In January of 2001, China Light Industrial Materials Co., Ltd. acquired ZCC and renamed it as Sinolight Zhejiang Chemicals Co., Ltd.
