SigmaProIT is a software firm located at Egypt, We are experts in different development stacks: (Python, flask, SQLAlchemy, AngularJS, Django, MongoDB, CoachDB, PostgreSQL, NodeJs and others.) We are managing our projects with agile methodology. After initial interviews and discussions with customers to completely understand the requirements, We propose multiple possible technical solutions to discuss with the project stake holders. The next phase is building the project's schedules and delivery plan. The main objective of this plan is to have a steady and incremental number of completed modular functions. Every phase starts with a set of mockups for discussion and approval by the customer. The phase ends when all functions are implemented and automated unit-testing is covering at least 90% of the code base. Internally we do continuous code reviews and peer development to maintain high quality and thorough understanding of the requirements and the code being developed
