Shyft Recruitment was born in 2022, at a time where change was to be expected! Luke Thompson and Jackson McNaughton had learned a thing or two after their years of recruiting, and were ready to deliver a service they had crafted themselves. We embrace change and innovation, and we'll be honest, we don't have all the answers to your recruitment woes. But we what we do have, is skills in engaging the market, and talking to people, and experience tells us that good things come from productive conversation! We're not here to reinvent the recruitment process, but we're good at delivering our service, and that's what we are here to do. For the time being, Shyft offers tailored recruitment services to the Professional Services market. For our clients, we take care of the sourcing part of the recruitment process, and will assist the whole way through. We provide exclusive candidates, who have been carefully vetted and selected by Shyft. For our candidates, we get a thrill from talking to you. We are keen to hear about your journey and your career, and about how we can use what we know to benefit you.
