Custom manufacturer of thermocouple contacts, hermetic contacts, assembled contacts, connector components & connectors. Manufacturing capabilities include heat treating, hooding, slotting, material ID stamping, plating, clipping, crimping & customer logo stamping. Connector components to 3/8 dia. or less including bushings, sleeves, housings, terminals & shells. Materials worked with include Chromel®, Alumel®, iron, constantan, Kovar®, titanium, PTFE, stainless steel, copper, brass, molybdenum, 52 alloy, Inconel®, Monel®, cold rolled steel & Hastelloy®. Meets MIL-I-45308A, MIL-STD-45662A, MIL-Q-9858A, MIL-STD-105. ISO compliant. SPC capabilities. Contacts manufactured in compliance with MIL-C-39029. Small to large runs accepted.
