Shivvers Manufacturing, Inc. celebrates over 40 years as a company that has led the way in energy efficient designs and concepts. One of the first innovations was the tapered sweep auger in 1968, this became the basis for the first commercially successful Continuous Counter-Flow Grain Drying system. In 1984, Shivvers Manufacturing transformed the industry again with the development of the COMPU-DRY™, the first computerized control unit for drying grain. Today, Shivvers leads the world in automated Continuous Counter-Flow Grain Drying systems. Today, Shivvers remains a family owned and operated business with Carl Shivvers as President.
