We are manufacturing all types of Metallic Bellows like thin wall Axial Bellows, Universal Bellows, Hinge Bellow, Pressure balanced bellows, Gimbal bellows, Dismantling joints or slip type bellows. Material of Construction for metallic bellows are Stainless Steel, Hastlloy, Incoloy, Inconel, Monel, Duplex Stainless Steel.
Fabric Bellows are made out from composite of glass fabric, Glass Felt, ptfe coated glass cloth and virgin ptfe sheet.
Material of construction for rubber bellows we manufacture are EPDM, Nitrile, Viton, Silicon.
We are able to design these bellows for pressure: full vacuum to 125Kg/cm2g and temperature -20 Degree Celcius to 1200 Degree Celcius. However, it may vary depending on the size and type of the bellows.
Pressure range for fabric bellows is full vacuum to 0.200 Kg/cm2g and temperature range is upto 1200 Degree celsius.
Metallic and fabric bellows are available in circular, rectangular and square shapes. We have successfully supplied expansion bellows and joints to Coal and Lignite based Power Plants, GeoThermal Power Plants, Hydro Power Plants, Gas based power plant, Cement Plants, Refineries, Sugar Mill, Paper Mill, Turbine manufacture, Heat Exchanger Manufacturer, OEMs and many other industrial application.
