Shine Connections

Shine Connections is an Australian based not-for-profit aimed at leveraging social connections to create global change. We’re about building communities around the world that are interconnected by their shared vision to create brighter futures for the next generation through education and social change. We do this through two functions - Shine Impact and Shine Cambodia. Shine Impact is about youth empowerment and advocacy locally in Melbourne; we harness the energy of young academics and advocates who take ownership of future scenarios to take action for a better tomorrow. Shine Cambodia takes our momentum global - funding a school in Otres, Cambodia. Shine Cambodia was our founding mission, established to ensure a community undergoing rapid change and financial difficulty could receive support in the hopes that the emerging generation of young people were safe, happy, and be given the opportunity to break the poverty cycle.
